Obtainable by mining cotton plants. The spawn rate of these plants can be increased by getting the "Foraging" skill.

In the Grass Biome, cotton plants will start to spawn if the player have own at least 2 lands or start spawning immediately if the player have the "Foraging" skill. (unconfirmed)
Cotton plants spawn naturally in the Winter Biome.
