It's a rare drop when using the shovel in the Graveyard Biome. Using the Robotic Shovel increases the drop chance.

Needed in the Archeology bundle.
Also needed for the Scary Ghost quest and used for crafting the Skull Wallet and Void Amulet.

To get it you should try to get the fully upgraded shovel. After that you should try to upgrade your amulet as much as possible and start digging.
